The RIAA Collecting Royalties From Non-RIAA Artists?
Ok, I read this article. After I read it, I thought for a second or two – that’s all it took. I then continued to say to myself “What the…”. What exactly are they doing? And better yet, how can they get away with that? I’m all for supporting the artists. Hence why I have such a problem with this; I mean, how does that help support the artists? Why does the RIAA get to dictate to Independent artists. It just doesn’t make any sense. Honestly, I hope artists start parting ways with the RIAA because I can assure you the artists (at least the real ones) just want their music to be enjoyed, sure they have the right to make money but the RIAA is only interested in lining their pockets with said money.
