Founded in May 2003, BestTechie is an online portal for technology information and assistance. Led by Jeff Weisbein the BestTechie community continues to grow and thrive providing informative videos, product reviews, and articles on all aspects of technology and business. In addition to the site, the BestTechie community extends throughout the web on various platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, uStream, and IRC.

BestTechie strives to maintain professional quality tech support in an online environment via tech support forums, live video demonstrations, and one-on-one tech support chat.

BestTechie has also recently launched its first web startup. The new startup (bt.gd) is a URL shortening service. bt.gd is taking a new approach to shortening URLs with some innovative new features that are already available to the public with even more in development.
