Photoshop Text Downloaded text, where do I put it?

I downloaded some text for use in photoshop but they didn't explain where to put the text so that I may use it in photoshop. It's a .ABR file by the way.

All the text files I use in Photoshop7 are located in the fonts folder.
Control Panel/Fonts.

Grab the Font file. Go to Control Panel > Fonts > Paste the fonts in there, then they should auto install. From there you select your font like normal.
