Photoshop & Underwater Photography 56K Iffy

I need some tips on what to do to correct underwater pictures. THe pictures are decent, but the color just inst there. Ive got photoshop, so what are some things I can do to correct these images?

This was my first dive with a camera. The flash didn't work too well as obvious in the first picture. Also, we were using crappy tide prediction charts so the visibilty wasnt very good, the the current to strong to get the best pictures. Live and learn....

I worked on the first picture using photoshop. How'd I do? I really need to get a book on this stuff i guess...

Bubba Bob,
What version of Photoshop do you have?
I did the following with Photoshop7.
Went to image/adjustments and played with various ones to get the results I like.
