Everyone who helps here is a volunteer. Sometimes it may take a while to respond to your log and other times, unfortunately, your log may get overlooked with the increasing number of logs being posted. Please read the the pinned topic HERE which can help clean most PC's of their problems.
If you've had a post that has gone for over 48 hours without a response, please post here with the following information

We strive very hard not to let ANY post go without some form of response. Since we are all volunteers, we believe that 24-72 hours is a fair response time.

Make sure also not to bump your thread!
We always look at the older posts first. When you bump your thread, it will be in the beginning of the list again and also looks like you are already being helped, so you'll have to wait longer for a reply.

Your post in this thread will be deleted once you get a response. Also, don't post logs here, just the link to your topic.
