I was wondering if anyone happens to know of a video editing program [perfreably a free one that I could download offline] thats compatable with .MOV video/movie files. I take videos with my Kodak digital camera and that's the format they're in. Im sure I could change their format but Im not sure how to do that either. Help?

You could always convert the mov file to an avi and edit it in Windows Movie Maker.

This should convert the file to an avi which then can imported into Windows Movie Maker or whatever you use to edit it:

EDIT: You can also use the program (looks to have more features/functionality) TT_75 recommended to convert it which can then be imported to an editing program.
