What Wires Do I Need For This Hardrive

This is the guts of a portable USB hardrive that I have. I wanted to know what wires connect to this thing and how do i get it to work etc.

Thats a SATA notebook drive. Should just slide into a SATA connector and work. Are you having a specific problem with it?
