I've been meaning t get a Western Digital My Book Home Edition 1TB to store all my data from documents to pictures to movies, so I decided to search for reviews on google, but they are all mixed up. Can anyone attest to the quality of this product? Any input would be appreciated.

P.S.
Regarding the triple interface of this external hard drive, is it true?

eSATA > Firewire > USB 2.0
eSATA faster than Firewire, and Firewire faster than USB 2.0?

Not a huge of WD My Book external drives - love WD internal drives, but not a big fan of the external stuff. I called before 5 pm EST, I wanted to place an order ATM, so I tried contacting customer service, but they just ask you to leave a message.
