Open .tar.gz File Plz help to open .tar.gz file

Hi every one, i back up my site & saved the same file to my computer, but i can not .tar.gz file formet. Can any one help me open it zip file.

7-zip can open .tar.gz

Any Version of winzip can also open tar.gz files, as does gunzip for linux
