PC slow, hangs. Possible malware?[INACTIVE] Request help finding a solution for Windows XP hanging

I've been having trouble with my Windows XP PC running very slowly & eventually hanging. I installed and have been running RegistryPatrol, Spybot, and BitDefender. I finally uninstalled BitDefender, it had become painful trying to get anything done. I found the BestTechie forum on removing malware and it looks like you are taking a thorough approach to finding problems. See the attached file of the requested logs. I appreciate any suggestions for action I can take to get rid of what might be causing my performance problems.

Hi and welcome to BestTechie! I'll be assisting you to clean up your computer. The first thing I need you to do is follow the steps in this thread. Make sure you go through all of the procedures, and post back here with the logs you get back.
