Basically it refers to the size of the data packet that the CPU can handle.
In 32 bit (X86) systems, the processor handles data in chunks of 4 Bytes (32 bits) at a time. Each instruction set or chunk of data can have no more than 32 characters. This also limits the number of memory addresses etc.
With a 64 bit processor, each chunk of data is 64 characters. This allows for a significantly larger number of memory addresses, faster processing and transfer of data (almost twice as much data per CPU cycle)
Now a 64 bit processor can handle 32 bit data, but not the other way around. -

Hi Marty, good to hear from you.
Getting hot here in Texas (highs in the 90s).
Good to see you are still around.
Things are slow here, and at G4. Life is getting slow. -

Yeah, you just have to tweak 7 a bit to make it more classic and user friendly.,
I do not like how hard it is to disable hover mouse though. -

Looks like there is an increased probability of a major quake on New Zealand's north island.

Many times the stress on the rocks causes magnetic and electrical field effects which result in mysterious lights and in some individuals hallucinations just prior to a major quake.
Or it could just be mass hysteria or too many sheep and not enough human contact. -

Yeah, I am trying hard not to over do it. I try to do minor stretching before getting out of bed and the throughout the day gentle stretches until it just barely hurts. Still feels stiff and aches a lot. But hey it sure is a lot better than breaking it.
I use a little muscle rub with menthol and methyl salicylate when it needs "limbering" and when it really hurts three advil and two extra strenght tylenol square it away.
Still regret not being able to run in the morning.
Thinking of making some Gazpacho, it is a tad warm today. Grilling weather too, Did a propane exchange ($14.99) since they said my taink was too old to refill ($11.99) . The Amerigas exchange had no issue with the tank (It was one of theirs ) and the replacement is new enough to get refilled if I run low.
Leftover Easter hams are marked down to half price; so maybe I will get a ham, but it may be hard to figure out how to grill it. Maybe a couple small ones
